The Ninja Diet: Lunch

Elisha, my son and PT at Sats Haninge, Sweden, suggests for lunch:


250 g quark
60 g muesli
a half avocado (no more than three/week) or a paprika, veggies are free to eat. Fruit as well.
sesame seeds
plenty of water of course during the day
