The Ninja diet: healthy snacks


30 grams of nuts are allowed every day and can be eaten whenever the urge is to strong!
1 tablespoon oil
1 fruit

This combination makes a great evening snack according to PT Turner at SATS Haninge, Sweden.
He´s my son and a successful martial art athlete. I trust him!

But you can eat as much fruits and veggies as you wish!

And drink non calorie beverages.
