The Ninja diet: Breakfast


My son Elisha, Personal Trainer at SATS Haninge, Sweden has been creating a meal plan for me and Natasha in Russia, (Petrozavodsk)
You don't need to starve. It's 1807 calories a day. Fruits and veggies are free to eat as much as you want from (only 3 avocados a week).

This is the daily breakfast:

2 slices of sourdough bread with butter and cheese
2 eggs
 half a grapefruit (to be replaced in combination with some of the medication for high blood pressure)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
tea/coffee (no milk)
