Salmon vs Cod part 2

I am smiling thinking about Natasha and her 15 kilo cod from the Barents sea. Read her post here.
Personally I'm so happy over my 1.5 kg salmon.
I gave it a salt&sugar massage raw with some pepper and it has been resting for 48 hours in my fridge. Today I had a good friend over for "laxpudding": sliced raw potato, minced onion, cream, dill, and slices of the salmon in layers. In the oven for an hour. A wonderful traditional Swedish dish.
