Time to shape up the silhouette

Day three on the South Beach diet and I'm feeling fabulous!
My collegue J is my best supporter and coach at the moment. He tells me to take a long walk every day and when I can't get started he offered his company. Point of no return...
I have decided to get a gym card for three month. In May I will be able to start biking outdoor again.
Motivation is strong and the swedish butterfly battle again!
