The incarnation of Salvador Dali: my personal movie director Niclas Pajala.

In the picture above you can see the theater director Niclas Pajala. He will soon drop by with the latest clip. He is sure of the fact that our Butterfly Battle Blog will be a worldwide success.
He remains me of my favorite artist Salvador Dali in many ways.

Woke up this morning with a aching body. Too much stress this week with conference, two banquets, nightclubbing and shooting the Butterfly Battle movies. Three youngster in the house makes a lot of mess and today it's house cleaning day.
I didn't have one evening free for our walking group...
Tomorrow the Ninja fight is starting. Feels good to cut down the calories. The scale has been standing still and my Russian sister is losing a lot. The meal plan made of Elisha is not for starving. But it has a good balance of food and in my case I'm often over estimating the amount I should eat daily.

Extensor Digitourum Muscle in action...

My sons are refusing to film me, so I asked a professional theater director for help. His field is not filming, but he made a good try outside my house in the rain.

My sister Natasha, struggling with the Butterfly Battle in Petrozavodsk, is exercising a lot and gives   good advice  in our blog.
I have had no motivation at all...

Tomorrow the first trip with the newly founded walking group in my neighbourhood is scheduled.

As a mother of three sons, muscle building throughout the years has mainly come from bringing all the tons of food home from the supermarket. No matter if rain or sun, three athletic sons need their dinner.
My Extensor Digitourum Muscle in the lower arm is visible!

You are The Mighty Queen, sister! I very enjoy of your first funny sport video.
Fix your homework and do as a sport programm.

Monday morning. Party weekend is over...

Monday morning.
Party weekend is over...
And so is the Easter vacation...
A grey morning in Luleå in northen Sweden.
Life is fantastic though.
After two weeks of blogging 2600 people around the world have been visiting us.
I get a lot of support from friends I meet in town and on Facebook.
Pleas write some comments here as well.
It seems like Natasha and I are inspiring a lot of people!
Please join us!

Yesterday my neighbour Carola suggested a walking group commenting my share of the blog on Facebook.
In a second a bunch of people in my hood joined in.
How wonderful!
We will start on Wednesday and I need to power walk at least 50 kilometers to get rid of the "smörgåstårta" from Saturday night...

It's gray morning in Petro too. But the show must go on, sister.
We have 3600 visitors, not 2600. Be proud. Have a good day. If a sun didn't rise, it means - you are the sun.
