Samurai#3

                                           Всегда трудно удержаться на чужих банкетах
                                          Always difficult to resist on banquets

Третий день был прекрасен по накалу и труден для проживания в самурайских условиях. Но мы не ищем легких путей. Мои пять пунктов свято исполняются.
1. Подьем в 6.30. Пенье птиц на центральном перекрестке города, солнце в глаз. И кофе с дедушкой Фьордом на моей кухне. Это особая медитация.
2. Еда. Молодец, Наташа, хвали сама себя. А кто еще похвалит. 8.00 кофе; 11.00 - орехи, банан; 13.00 - две карельских калитки; 17.00 - рыба, свекольный салат; 20.00 - фрукты, брынза; 23 - кефир.
3. Спорт - гантельки. Бицепс, трицепс, тяга, присед, махи ногами.
4. Флирт. Слабый, но был. На встрече с мэром в школе было много достойных мужчин из оппозиции. Лучших мужчин.

The third day was perfect on heat and difficult to live in samurai conditions. But we are not looking for easy ways. My five points religiously enforced.
1. Wake up at 6.30. Birds singing in the central crossroads of the city, the sun is shine in my window. And coffee with my father Fjord at the kitchen. This is a special meditation.
2. Food. Good for you, Natasha, praising yourself. Who else to praise. 8.00 coffee; 11.00 - nuts, banana; 13.00 - Karelian two wickets; 17.00 - fish, beet salad; 20.00 - fruit, cheese; 23 - yogurt.
3. Sports - dumbbells. Biceps, triceps, traction, squat kicks.
4. Flirt. Weak, but it was. At a meeting with the mayor in the school there were many worthy men from the opposition. The best men.

5. An article about how for 21 days begin to change everything.

I am a journalist and have a lot of events during the week. I try to train my body even within the party. Just in case, I did it today in Sheltozero village.
At a time when the Minister of Culture opens the exhibition at the Vepsians Museum I training biceps, triceps and deltoid muscles of the back with rustic bread.

I love your video! Tomorrow I'll be on a conference with the Swedish Minister of Culture. I wish you were here so you could work out with the swedish bread! I have a casting schedule with my director on friday for a movie. I hope he has been coming up with a good script...

Extensor Digitourum Muscle in action...

 
My sons are refusing to film me, so I asked a professional theater director for help. His field is not filming, but he made a good try outside my house in the rain.

My sister Natasha, struggling with the Butterfly Battle in Petrozavodsk, is exercising a lot and gives   good advice  in our blog. 
I have had no motivation at all... 

Tomorrow the first trip with the newly founded walking group in my neighbourhood is scheduled.

As a mother of three sons, muscle building throughout the years has mainly come from bringing all the tons of food home from the supermarket. No matter if rain or sun, three athletic sons need their dinner.
