200 g smoked rainbow trout (cold or hot as you wish)
200 g boiled cauliflower, put in the mixer with some butter, white pepper, salt, 1 tbs milk and nutmeg
decorate with dill and red pepper corn and the veggies of your choice.
I know my son, Elisha, the meal planner of the Ninja Diet, wishes he was here. He loves the smokes rainbow trout!
