Two hour walk in "Little Sibiria" Luleå, Sweden -17 C

Some people walk their dogs other their colleagues...
 J is firmly convinced:  I will get in shape fast with a daily walk.
 "Let's go" I told him yesterday not checking the weather forecast for today.
I hate winter, snow and cold weather. It was 17 below zero this morning.
 J and I walked for TWO hours. And check our happy, frost covered faces out. He is the heaven sent coach I need for the ButterflyBattle Russia vs Sweden.
